Simple, unconditional

If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of the purchase and you will receive a full refund. No forms, no conditions, no questions you have to justify.

How to request

Email support@prepraven.com from the address on your account with the word "refund". Refunds are processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

We offer this instead of a "pass guarantee" because we think honest terms beat fine print.
