This policy explains what PrepRaven ("we") collects and why.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.

Practice activity: the tests you take, your answers, scores, and timing. This powers your analytics dashboard.

Exam alerts: if you ask us to email you when filing opens for an exam, we keep your email address and the exam you chose, use them only to send that alert, and delete them when you click the unsubscribe link in the email.

Cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and an anonymous guest cookie so your free practice test works without an account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Usage events: page-view and funnel events (for example, "a free test was started" or "this page was scrolled halfway") used to improve the product. On public pages these are anonymous and set no cookies. When you're signed in, some events, such as opening checkout, are linked to your account so that we can see where a purchase stopped.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. The merchant's own privacy policy applies to payment data.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Email support@prepraven.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
